About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Source, select, and secure a suitable range of products for QVC that fits the target market
  • Negotiate the best possible prices and conditions
  • Work closely with the Planning team to review product performance, and to plan and grow the product range
  • Monitor inventory levels, taking accountability for the return-to-supplier process
  • Meet regularly with suppliers to review product performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as a home retail buyer
  • A degree in Economics or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Expertise in home textiles is highly appreciated
  • Strong negotiation and sourcing skills
  • A proactive mindset, strong personal accountability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate successfully across teams
  • Fluency in English and Italian
