About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for analyzing and processing transactions in HR System. Serves as the primary recipient of organization-wide workforce admin processes
- Acts as a point of contact for German employee lifecycle processes
- Creates documentation to capture acquired knowledge in the form of policies and maintains them
- Provide quality support with customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Coordinate cases with other team members to ensure requests are completed within the required service level agreement
- Track cases for documentation and work allocation purposes using the case management system
- Conduct audits of HR system data and analyze audit data to identify issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to speak fluent English and German (at least B2)
- Has experience in tracking cases for documentation and work allocation purposes
- Advocates for the change and promotes continuous improvement ideas within the team
- Has analytical capability to identify issues, interpret data and provide insight
- Has excellent communication skills, ability to operate in an international, matrix organization and a consumer-oriented attitude
- Works independently and as a team member
