About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support QVC and drive data-informed decision-making across operations and supply chain functions
Analyze complex business challenges, apply advanced analytics and modelling
Deliver insights and recommendations that improve forecasting, inventory management, and overall operational performance
Develop advanced analytical models, including machine learning solutions, to optimize forecasting, inventory placement, and supply chain flows
Design and automate predictive and prescriptive reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support business decision-making
Analyze large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for business leaders
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance
Lead strategic initiatives across multiple business areas, integrating processes, technologies, and stakeholder needs
Support senior leadership by preparing executive-level presentations and facilitating business reviews
Mentor and coach junior analysts, sharing best practices and analytical expertise
Assess risks, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend innovative solutions to complex business challenges

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or supply chain analytics
Advanced skills in SQL
strong experience with data modeling
Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar
Strong knowledge of supply chain and operations concepts
Experience building optimization models and solving complex business problems
Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, BigQuery, SAS, or VBA
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently on complex initiatives
