About the role
- responsible for process improvement, change management, and technology projects and roadmaps for the Upsell and Cross Selling Team supporting QVC Group
- report to the Director Inbound Supply Chain & Product Central and will work hybrid to West Chester, PA
- participate in leadership meetings, analyze metrics, and encouraging cross-departmental collaboration
- provide assessments for process improvement opportunities related to customer service, productivity, cost, incremental sales and process simplification
- create and own tech roadmap
Requirements
- A BS degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research or related disciple is required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years experience performing and analyzing Time Studies
- Maynard Operational Sequence Technique (MOST) Certified preferred
- Lean or Six Sigma training
- 5+ years experience in industrial engineering and successful demonstration of the responsibilities and skillset listed above.
