responsible for process improvement, change management, and technology projects and roadmaps for the Upsell and Cross Selling Team supporting QVC Group
report to the Director Inbound Supply Chain & Product Central and will work hybrid to West Chester, PA
participate in leadership meetings, analyze metrics, and encouraging cross-departmental collaboration
provide assessments for process improvement opportunities related to customer service, productivity, cost, incremental sales and process simplification
create and own tech roadmap
Requirements
A BS degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research or related disciple is required or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years experience performing and analyzing Time Studies
