About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Merchandising team in the administrative management
  • Initiate and manage new vendor set-up information
  • Manage the branded photo sample process
  • Manage the copy turnover process
  • Maintain seasonal assortment and offer information in product planning system
  • Handle communication for assortment changes to appropriate departments
  • Support merchandising team in the creation of apparel design boards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in merchandising, fashion or related field
  • 2 years' administrative assistant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of InDesign a plus
