About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design UI, landing page experiences, graphics, and other digital collateral to be used by all digital teams—Web, Email, social
Work closely with UX Manager, Art Director, and stakeholders on site/email design
Partner closely with marketing team members on digital needs and design improvement opportunities
Continually iterate the design systems with a broad focus across channels to maintain a cohesive user experience
Maintain site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards
Regularly practice competitive analysis and user research to stay informed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be well versed in Figma, Photoshop, Sketch and XHTML/CSS
Have a broad understanding of current web and browser-related issues
Understand 3rd party vendors to utilize their technology for site and email enhancement (Monetate, Certona, Bazaarvoice, Movable Ink, etc)
Utilize site and email analytics when determining a UX / design strategy
Lead Design with a mobile first, user-centered thought process
Proactively review site and emails for strong UX opportunities and present solutions that are aligned with company strategy and are on-brand
