About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Pull reports to monitor team member's performance and provide coaching to improve productivity, quality, and safety outputs.
  • Support and communicate development programs, procedures and company values to provide a positive, supportive and productive work environment.
  • Assist the Area Manager in setting up the daily/weekly job assignments of the team members.
  • Will facilitate the movement of team members throughout their shift to meet needs.
  • Analyze deficiencies and develop plans to correct.
