About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shape the product lineup for our social selling initiatives inclusive of creator, content and TikTok lives strategies
Ensure products are listed correctly on TikTok, holding a high bar for accuracy and detail
Execute pricing and promotional activities for featured products
Partner with IT and inventory teams to keep product availability and stock accuracy seamless ahead of each TikTok live
Conduct regular product audits to keep data accurate and consistent across the platform
Handle day-to-day assignments using established guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

A sharp eye for detail and a knack for catching and fixing errors quickly
Comfort juggling multiple products, prices, and promotions at once without losing consistency
A genuine interest in retail, e-commerce, and social platforms, with a curiosity about what makes products sell on TikTok
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with IT, inventory, and marketing partners to keep things running smoothly
Some exposure to e-commerce or retail, whether through work, internships, or coursework, is helpful but not required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
