About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage general ledger accounting processes related to the end-to-end cash process, prepaid process, and the 'procure to pay' (P2P) cycle
Ensure transactions are recorded accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policy
Review and/or prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close deliverables
Partner cross-functionally with finance and business teams to analyze account activity and resolve variances
Contribute to continuous process improvement, accuracy, and efficiency across accounting operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA required
5+ years of progressive accounting experience; prior management experience required
5+ years experience applying US GAAP principles and maintaining SOX compliant controls in a corporate accounting environment
5+ years experience serving as the primary accounting partner for Finance, Treasury or Audit to resolve accounting and reporting issues
Excellent oral and written communication skills; polished executive presence
Advanced experience using Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
