About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support QVC by identifying staffing schedules for all distribution functions based on the 21 day plan
Work with site management and corporate analysis group on developing operations staff schedules
Identify base, seasonal, flex, and overtime needs for all direct and indirect positions
Conduct employee schedule preference bids
Develop computer-based models for staffing and operations to maximize production
Communicate varying assumptions and deviations to the staff plan/forecast
Lead the Operations Planning Support Specialists in managing timecard reconciliation, site scheduling, and administrative duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Analytical experience required with 1+ years scheduling experience
Operational experience associated with the site activity to include an understanding of workflow processing with 1-year experience
Working knowledge of Excel
Background in staff planning and forecast development
