About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the management of scenic installation projects from inception to completion
Monitor Content Production scenic build/strike schedules
Review scenic designs and generate technical drafting and execution files
Assist in the collection of client requirements and project deliverables
Promote smooth workflow and communication between requestors and team
Track projects and communicates status updates with stakeholders
Regularly meet with internal production teams and external vendors
Assist in sourcing materials, contractors, and vendors
Assist in the installation and fabrication of scenic assets
Monitor scenic installations during productions
Help oversee onsite installation crews for larger projects
Create project folders, work requests, and business requirement documentation
Ensure project deliverables are reviewed by appropriate stakeholders

Requirements
