About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the day-to-day business of Manufacturing from initial concept to FC delivery
Work side by side with the Sourcing Manager to focus and align the Global Sourcing strategies
Negotiate pricing, delivery and terms
Build strong relationships with sourcing partners
Ownership of the calendar at a brand level
Partner with design, technical design and buying team members
Demonstrate the ability to confidently challenge cost sheets
Take the lead in driving progress and negotiating costs
Partner with QA and Supply Chain to ensure processes are in place

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree required (Merchandising, Marketing, Business, Product Design preferred)
Minimum 5 + years of experience in product development, production and/or sourcing (at least 3 years specific in apparel categories)
Garment construction would be nice to have
