About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and advise managers on all personnel-related matters.
  • Apply coaching approaches and provide advice on individual employment law issues.
  • Prepare and accompany disciplinary measures.
  • Participate in the talent management process, from setting objectives to succession planning.
  • Advise managers on organization design and change management.
  • Support the annual employee surveys and analyze results to derive measures.
  • Assist with occupational reintegration and health management.
  • Lead and contribute to site- and function-specific people projects, including in an international context.
  • Work closely with employee representation bodies (works councils).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree in Law, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience and in-depth expertise in Human Resources Management, particularly in operational HR work.
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law (individual and collective labor law) and experience working with works councils.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with strong conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
  • Independent, organized, team- and service-oriented working style.
  • Initial experience in project management is an advantage.
  • Proficient with MS Office and experienced with HR systems such as SAP HCM and Workday.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
