About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints related to outbound and return shipments
- Answering questions about customer accounts and payment transactions
- Handling customer requests and complaints
- Processing customer orders
- Recording changes to customer and delivery addresses
- Responding to questions about products, as well as warranty and statutory warranty matters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong customer orientation, empathy and excellent communication skills
- Structured and holistic way of thinking
- Experience working with computers and data-entry/software systems
- Good written and spoken German
- Flexibility to work shifts within the time window Monday–Sunday, 08:00–24:00
