Key responsibilities & impact

Write engaging, benefit-driven product copy for Frontgate’s print and digital channels
Seamlessly pivot between macro storytelling and micro product detail, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
Support Grandin Road with product copy during slower Frontgate periods, maintaining each brand’s unique voice
Organize and manage copy assets, contributing to efficient workflows and cross-departmental collaboration
Balance speed and quality, delivering creative content by tight deadlines in a dynamic, seasonal environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of copywriting experience, ideally in retail, lifestyle or agency settings
Proven ability to craft compelling, on-brand copy for luxury or design-focused products
Strong attention to detail
Editing and proofreading skills
Flexible, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to self-direct and prioritize
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Proficiency with Adobe InDesign on Mac is a plus
