About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- analyzes complex data and situations to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
- collaborate with senior internal and external partners
- distills complex information for multiple audiences
- identify opportunities for operational improvement
- manages essential reports and processes
- drive results and support the organization's operational and financial goals
- creates reports and metrics at various frequencies
- develops business facing analytics, dashboards, and data visualizations in BI platforms such as Tableau
- monitors KPIs, identify performance gaps
- partner with various stakeholder groups to identify process gaps and recommend changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience developing Optimization Models to answer complex business questions
- Advanced Excel and moderate to advanced SQL skills
- 1 or more years of experience with data modeling and scripting languages such as Python, R
- 3+ years of experience as an analyst in business analysis, supply chain or operations
- Bachelor's or University Degree, or equivalent work experience
