Customer Service Specialist
Qurate Retail GroupCustomer Service Specialist supporting HSN by answering inbound customer calls and promoting products. Working from home, handling high-volume inquiries and assisting customers with various requests.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support HSN and help answer inbound customer calls
- Assist customers by problem-solving and de-escalating unique situations
- Promote products and improve sales while maintaining a high-paced call volume
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
- Offer additional products on each customer interaction
- Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
- Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data

Requirements
What you’ll need- 12 months or more of customer service experience
- Provide a distraction free work from home environment
- Learn and work in a virtual environment
- Communicate with a variety of styles
- Navigate multiple systems and screens
- Follow HSN computer system requirements
- Troubleshoot own technical problems (partner with IT when needed)
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
- Spanish speaking bilingual opportunity available
