Customer Service Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- support Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, and Garnet Hill brands and help answer inbound customer calls
- assist customers by problem-solving and de-escalating unique situations
- promote products and improve sales
- handle high volume of inbound customer inquiries
- confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
- report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ months of service experience
- provide a distraction free work from home environment
- learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
- communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
- navigate multiple systems and screens
- troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
