About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and communicate visual direction that supports key Brand initiatives and an exceptional in-store customer experience
Translate the vision of Brand & Customer Experience into clear, actionable visual strategies and tools that store teams can execute consistently to drive sales
Create detailed floor plans and planograms for each seasonal floor set
Conduct in-store walkthroughs and reviews; provide feedback to ensure execution meets Brand standards
Create and maintain Excel assortments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with merchandising strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree in a related field preferred
5+ years of corporate and retail visual merchandising experience
High level of experience with Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to travel to retail locations for floor sets
