People & Organization Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide initial policy interpretation guidance to team members
- Perform a variety of clerical duties including maintaining team member files and records
- Fulfilling correspondence needs with team members, creating letters and documents
- Maintain new hire orientation and onboarding, including databases
- Generate and collate reports around team member relations topics
- Works as support to assist in receipt and distribution of Payroll checks
- Leads site Wellness activities related to company benefits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in a combination of Customer Service or Human Resources
- High school diploma required
- Comfortable in a multi-task environment with frequent interruptions and short deadlines
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent working experience with computer software and databases
- Ability to work with confidential information
