About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the affiliate distribution portfolio for QVC and HSN across cable, satellite, vMVPD, and OTA platforms
Lead carriage renewal negotiations and new distribution agreements
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for key affiliate and distributor partners
Monitor and analyze subscriber trends, distributor performance, and competitive positioning
Develop and present financial models and business cases for carriage renewals
Track and ensure compliance with existing distribution agreements
Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, streaming, commercial, and finance teams
Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory developments, and shifts in the MVPD/vMVPD/OTA landscape
Support the identification and evaluation of new distribution and business development opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in TV distribution, affiliate relations, or platform partnerships
5+ years of experience managing or leading teams in a distribution, media, or related environment
Hands-on experience negotiating carriage agreements and managing distributor relationships
Strong financial and analytical skills
Deep knowledge of the evolving pay TV and streaming distribution ecosystem
Excellent relationship management and communication skills
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
