About the role

  • Lead the IT Sourcing Center of Excellence and set the governance framework for QVC Group's $500M+ outsourcing partnership
  • Own all aspects of commercial and financial management, including forecasting, demand planning, invoice governance, and service credit management
  • Serve as the named Contract Manager for the strategic partnership, managing obligations, change control, and escalations across run, build, and core retail delivery
  • Govern Service Level Agreements, hold suppliers accountable to performance standards, and drive continuous value from the engagement
  • Manage the broader supplier network, including relationships, performance reviews, contract negotiations, and sourcing risk identification
  • Represent QVC Group on the Executive Team, Management Committee, Delivery Management Committee, and Innovation Steering Committee
  • Work closely with IT Procurement, Finance, and Legal to align on commercial strategy and end-to-end supplier management
  • Partner with Portfolio and Value Management leadership to define ROI frameworks and track benefits realization
  • Lead the IT Asset Management team, covering hardware lifecycle, software licensing compliance, and enterprise asset disposition
  • Oversee third-party advisors and lead benchmarking efforts when needed
  • Keep QVC Group's sourcing strategy current by monitoring industry trends, market changes, and emerging risks

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of experience in IT sourcing, vendor management, commercial governance, or technology operations
  • 5 or more years of people leadership experience in complex, matrixed environments
  • Strong command of IT outsourcing commercial models, including SLA governance, demand forecasting, financial management, and contract structures
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and influence senior stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Legal, and Procurement
  • A track record of governing strategic supplier relationships at scale with real accountability for financial results
  • Working knowledge of IT asset management practices, including software licensing, hardware lifecycle, and compliance
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex commercial data into clear recommendations for senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
