About the role
- Partner with site leadership to identify, assess, and prioritize operational improvement opportunities
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects
- Develop, maintain, and enhance labor standards and productivity systems
- Analyze, document, and standardize distribution methods
- Serve as the local engineering subject matter expert
- Oversee and support site capital projects
- Actively contribute to site leadership, assist with budgeting and resource planning
Requirements
- 5+ years in industrial engineering or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Hands-on experience with leading warehouse management systems (e.g., Manhattan Associates, Red Prairie/JDA/Blue Yonder)
- Experience with labor reporting systems (e.g., MOST, Standards Pro, Labor Pro)
- Willingness to travel 15-25% to support multiple sites and projects
