About the role
- Report to the Manager and drive communication for digital needs with the business
- Lead external communication with vendors and guests on digital strategy for brand and product
- Oversee and prioritize workload for direct report (eCommerce Associate)
- Develop content strategy for category, brand, and products including TSV/BIG/Steal
- Create category projections and achieve the Digital and Category sales plan
- Use sales and metrics to create Digital experience and identify new selling methods
- Lead category projects including events and present in brand/category Strategy meetings
- Create and distribute department, brand, event and promotional briefs for category and product detail content
- Review product content (digital images, copy), generate recaps and reporting to guide future strategies
- Employ systems and tools to accomplish assignments and work with internal partners on execution
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Planning to strategize driving items, brands, categories and eCommerce strategies
- Use data-driven insights from Coremetrics, Tableau, Microstrategy and DART Dashboard to develop personalized programs
- Work with vendors and guests to develop recommendations for eCommerce strategy (content, customer marketing, email campaigns, photos)
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in merchandising/marketing/eCommerce sales or equivalent business experience
- 3 plus years\' experience in an eCommerce environment, or equivalent combination of training and experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Tableau, & windows based systems
- Experience using data tools such as Coremetrics, Tableau, Microstrategy and DART Dashboard
- Ability to lead external communication with vendors and guests and oversee direct reports
- Must work hybrid from West Chester, PA (remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time)
