About the role

  • Collaborate with the Business (Digital team), other Finance Partners, Accounting, and the Financial Insights team to understand requirements and perform variance analysis on results.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting activities and deliverables including financial modeling, input of figures into our Forecasting / Consolidation system (Anaplan), and preparation of performance reconciliations.
  • Discover and solve financial challenges - dissecting them with steady logical reasoning to quickly uncover insights based on a strong business and P&L understanding.
  • Convey a story with financial variance analysis to inform senior executives regarding performance drivers and assist with decision-making.
  • Build custom financial reporting that informs on the financial health of the Growth projects / portfolios to be leveraged by our Business Clients for performance visibility on a recurring and ad hoc basis.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years' experience in Corporate Finance; Digital Marketing environment a plus
  • 2+ years experience with financial modeling
  • 2+ years experience forecasting annual budgets or revenue
  • Knowledge of Accounting and GAAP with an understanding of financial statements
  • Anaplan, SAP, Business Objects, MicroStrategy knowledge a plus
