About the role
- Answer inbound customer calls for Flexpay installment collections and eligibility.
- Handle all call types related to Flexpay installment plans and eligibility.
- Review Flexpay credit card decline and eligibility reports; act as liaison with collection agencies and Finance to resolve issues.
- Process payments manually, scan checks, balance and prepare checks for deposit.
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a Call Center/Customer service environment
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and 10-key skills for data entry and reporting.
- Exhibit strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for effective communication and collaboration.
- Apply excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
- Adapt to change, remain flexible, and perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
