About the role
- Provide support to QVC Group team members regarding Total Rewards policies and processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Become Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Total Rewards processes and policies, maintaining robust working knowledge in areas including but not limited to compensation, benefits and global mobility
- Act as a primary contact regarding sensitive escalations, analyzing potential problems and devising solutions
- Support Total Rewards functions through data management, auditing, reporting, testing, and collaboration with Total Rewards Partners
- Participate in team projects where applicable
- Maintain regular communication with vendors to resolve participant inquiries and other issues
- Assist in reviewing, auditing, and processing data files
- Monitor and report on observed trends and system audits
- Engage in process transitions as per business requirements
- Actively participate in the improvement of company policies and procedures; suggest and support implementation of communication strategies, SOP’s, and process and systems enhancements, both internal and in vendor platforms
- Perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned
Requirements
- Availability to work for 2nd shift (starting between 1:00 and 3:00 pm)
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Human Resource Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to conduct oral presentations
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to effectively collaborate with internal team members at all organizational levels, as well as vendors and external parties, maintaining robust stakeholder relationships
- Ability to comprehend complex relationships and apply multidisciplinary knowledge
- Proficiency in PC software use, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Workday and other HRIS software, Case Management software would be a plus
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform analytically, combined with creative skills to interpret data, identify trends and draw logical conclusions
- Basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement principles with a proven track record of process improvements
- Availability to work from the office once per week
