About the role
- Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of SEM Shopping, Text, PMAX, and AI Max campaigns across Google and Bing
- Analyze large data sets to uncover performance trends and translate findings into actionable strategies
- Monitor and forecast campaign spend and performance metrics with precision
- Manage budgets, pacing, and KPIs to meet and exceed portfolio goals
- Support acquisition and retention efforts through the management and optimization of audience lists
- Execute detailed campaign adjustments, including SKU and keyword-level bidding, ad group modifiers, and budget reallocations
- Utilize automation tools, bid rules, and scripts to maximize efficiency
- Conduct routine account audits to ensure optimal structure, compliance, and performance
- Collaborate with search partners and cross-functional teams to drive shared success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 years of hands on experience managing high performance SEM campaigns in an e-commerce or performance-based environment
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Acoustic, and Google Ads/Bing Editors
