About the role
- Lead the customer goal process through close partnership with senior executives and financial partners
- Report on actual performance against plan and forecast future results
- Deliver ad-hoc projects that inform both strategic and operational projects
- Identify business trends and shifts, and recommend data-driven responses to our organization
- Use customer-centric data analysis, data visualization, segmentation, and predictive modeling methods to increase sales across customer cohorts
- Design analytic constructs to highlight areas of the business that are under or over performing and help develop strategies to address these areas
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in math/statistics/engineering/business analytics or related
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics
- +2 years of experience with customer analytics (e.g. targeting and customer segmentation, lifetime value forecasting, behavioral trend modeling)
- 5+ years experience with data visualization tools (Tableau)
- 5+ years experience with statistical computing tools (R, SPSS)
- 5+ years experience with query and database access tools (MicroStrategy)
- 5+ years experience with analysis tools including Excel VBA, R, SPSS, Python, R, and SAS
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (databricks, Azure)
