About the role
- Protect employees and company facilities from hazards and damage, and manage access authorizations for all groups (staff, guests, partner companies, visitors, authorities).
- Handle and document accidents, thefts and other security-relevant incidents.
- Learn the relevant legal framework, operational/security procedures, security technology and the fundamentals of preventive and active fire protection.
- Become familiar with and contribute to tasks related to environmental protection, occupational safety and the workflows in the security control center.
- Resolve conflicts through de-escalation techniques and actively participate in engaging projects.
Requirements
- Secondary school leaving certificate (Fachoberschulreife) or advanced technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) with good grades.
- Enjoy working across disciplines and performing analytical tasks.
- Interest in property and personal protection and willingness to take on responsibility early.
- Solid command of English.
- Flexibility and the ability to approach and engage with others.
