- Deliver excellence in guest experience through visual presentation and standards
- Promote the Ballard Designs brand at every guest encounter
- Manage company programs and increase sales
- Oversee daily activities to ensure floor coverage and goal awareness
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry, but not required
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems
