About the role

  • Assist with the development and execution of the paid media strategy and calendar, optimizing budget usage and identifying growth opportunities through data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to support program effectiveness, aligning creative direction with brand standards and channel optimization
  • Contribute to targeting and segmentation strategies, providing updates and exploring new business opportunities to drive acquisition and revenue growth
  • Support the analysis of KPIs and reports to ensure the efficacy of Paid Media Marketing, working with Consumer Insights and Business Intelligence teams to interpret data and test new initiatives
  • Apply analytical insights to assist in program optimizations, ensuring accurate data communication of goals, forecasts, and results with Marketing Operations
  • Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams, platform vendors, ad agencies, and internal departments to support strategy alignment and calendar planning
  • Lead the Media Coordinators on executing marketing plans, helping to maintain relationships with key vendors like Meta

Requirements

  • Bachelors in marketing, communications, e-commerce, merchandising or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in digital marketing, with exposure to social media platforms and analytical skills for tracking campaign performance
