About the role
- Build email and mobile messages that use best practices to improve HSN email and mobile marketing programs
- Translate the email and mobile marketing plans into workflow production steps
- Traffic the production of email and mobile campaigns through a cross-functional team of HSN and vendor partners
- Manage production schedules and ensure timely campaign launches
- Create and complete creative briefs and independently direct copy, design and HTML teams
- Route all campaigns for necessary departmental review and approvals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or PR
- 1 year of marketing experience focusing on email and combined with Internet or Retail ecommerce experience
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or other email vendor - we use Blue Core)
- Knowledge of technical aspect of email, push and SMS marketing to communicate with internal and external technical partners
- Basic experience using Photoshop
- Knowledge to recommend solutions that improve processes and implement recommended solutions
