About the role
- lead the daily operations of TikTok Shop
- work with TikTok account managers
- ensure QVC UK is well-positioned for TikTok Shop events
- responsible for paid social activity on Meta and YouTube
- plan and implement all GMV Max and paid social campaigns on TikTok
- collaborate with affiliate creators, influencers, external relations and digital trading teams
- oversee the Social Commerce Assistant
- stay ahead of emerging live social shopping platforms
- work with Social Commerce Lead and Social Media Manager to implement strategy
Requirements
- experience with social commerce, live shopping or digital campaign management
- hands-on TikTok Shop experience
- operational skills with experience delivering results at pace and managing multiple priorities
- excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- growth mindset and resilience
- experience in campaign planning, performance analysis and reporting on KPIs
