About the role
- deliver excellence in guest experience through visual presentation and standard
- promote the Ballard Designs brand at every guest encounter
- ensure your stellar team exemplifies brand values, standards, and experiences
- increase sales and set your store to exceed all expectations
- work collaboratively on floor sets, window display planning, and replenishment of inventory
- be the sales supervisor and oversee daily activities as scheduled by management
- provide relevant performance feedback to the management team based on observation of the store team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry, but not required
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for floor-set execution
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems.
- Additional physical requirements may be required i.e. climbing ladders.
