About the role
- Oversee the distribution operation department, partnering with other departments
- Monitored and controlled, prioritizes, assigns, and reviews departmental efficiency to meet productivity, volume and quality goals
- Lead Operation teams to support the high level of location accuracy
- Network and consult with corporate and site resources and facilities staff
- Identify, report, and communicate trends or irregularities
- Analyze deficiencies and develop plans to correct
- Recommend and implement solutions involving staff for the best results
- Partner with corresponding manager to develop quality guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated Leadership/Supervisory experience in a high volume distribution center or warehouse environment
