About the role

  • Oversee the distribution operation department, partnering with other departments
  • Monitored and controlled, prioritizes, assigns, and reviews departmental efficiency to meet productivity, volume and quality goals
  • Lead Operation teams to support the high level of location accuracy
  • Network and consult with corporate and site resources and facilities staff
  • Identify, report, and communicate trends or irregularities
  • Analyze deficiencies and develop plans to correct
  • Recommend and implement solutions involving staff for the best results
  • Partner with corresponding manager to develop quality guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated Leadership/Supervisory experience in a high volume distribution center or warehouse environment
