About the role
- Support QVC, HSN, and CBI with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes
- Screen and fill open positions using TA technologies and online recruiting resources
- Manage candidate and hiring manager communications to guarantee quality experience and updates
- Develop and implement recruiting plans and sourcing strategies
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with recruiting systems, sourcing techniques, and employment laws
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process
