• Support QVC and HSN, and coordinate the production of the live show.
• Oversee the production crews and studio resources to maximize sales and ensure high production values are upheld.
• Manage a team and integrate/balance sales and production strategies for informative, entertaining, and profitable live shows.
• Provide direction to all live production groups; on-air talent and operational staff during assigned shifts.
• Interact with internal and external contacts and make real-time decisions that affect overall production value/on-air presentations.
• Lead the production team and guide associates' development.
• Implement show production procedures and standards with the Studio Production leadership team.
• Communicate clear direction and expectations for on-air execution throughout the studio environment.
• Operate with autonomy and use judgment to deliver business results through effective resource allocation.
