About the role
- Provide first point of contact for Team Members on any inquiries or issues.
- Provide initial policy interpretation guidance to team members, escalating to People Partner, People Manager, Payroll or TMS.
- Work with Building Leaders on Team Member engagement opportunities throughout the year.
- Support HR operational and cyclical activities, including (but not limited to): annual performance and development reviews, annual Our Voice Survey, benefits open enrollment, and required team member trainings.
- Conduct general administrative responsibilities, including New Hire Onboarding/paperwork.
- Oversee internal audits for the HR department – gathering and providing requested documentation promptly to ensure compliance and controls are intact as defined according to company policies.
- Other responsibilities, and activities as assigned.
Requirements
- 1+ years Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently, but connect virtually as needed
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices
- Superior judgment, professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Experience in Workday and Kronos preferred
