Operations

• Lead cross-functional team dedicated to product onboarding and product information short & long-term roadmaps
• Manage third party budgets across product onboarding areas
• Partner with broader Ecommerce Team, Planning, Merchandising, IT, Site Optimization, etc. to ensure process education and seamless execution of item readiness
• Review and analyze metrics, apply learnings to iterate and improve product detail and customer experience and sales results
• Work with SVP of Digital and other key stakeholders to develop key strategies and processes designed to improve our business and ways of working
• Help develop Global Center of Excellence work for the US, including but not limited to Digital Commerce Playbooks
• Support SVP of Digital with creation of monthly and quarterly business presentations and ad hoc requests
