About the role
- Lead the development and management of global compensation strategies
- Ensure reward programmes are competitive, equitable, and aligned with QVC's goals
- Partner with business and People leaders to implement compensation and benefits strategies
- Provide expert guidance on compensation programmes
- Oversee design, governance, and compliance of benefits programmes
- Conduct market research and benchmarking
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and external partners
Requirements
- Extensive experience in compensation and benefits design
- Expertise in international total rewards
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Experience building and motivating remote teams
- Experience in a matrix environment
- Knowledge of practices across UK, Europe, Japan, and China
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or related field; or Master's degree in a similar field
