About the role
- Lead profitability reporting and financial analytics across QVC and HSN
- Partner with Finance, IT, and Merchandising Planning to deliver accurate insights
- Enhance financial tools and data governance, standardize profitability metrics
- Promote innovation and collaboration to strengthen strategic decision-making
- Drive cross-functional collaboration focusing on integration of financial reporting systems
- Develop and implement item-level profitability metrics for QVC and HSN
- Utilize Tableau, SQL, and other analytics tools for actionable insights
- Support team development and lead best practices for systems to evaluate profitability
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, analytics, or profitability management
- 10+ years' experience building data and reporting tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Excel
- 10+ years' experience designing and operating profitability metrics (e.g., item-level, margin, or gross profit)
- Demonstrated ownership of data governance or financial systems modernization
- Experience leading high-performing teams and promoting knowledge transfer
