About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Epic revenue cycle implementations and optimizations across revenue cycle initiatives.
Analyze current-state workflows and design system-enabled future-state solutions aligned to organizational goals.
Design, test, and deploy Epic applications and reports across revenue cycle workstreams.
Support training, go-live readiness, command center activities, and post go-live stabilization efforts.
Collaborate with client leaders, technical teams, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver outcomes.
Document configuration decisions, workflow designs, and testing results in accordance with project standards.
Drive measurable revenue cycle performance improvement through Epic-enabled solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-5 years of experience
Hands-on Epic HB configuration experience with Resolute HB and/or Revenue Guardian required
Expertise across middle and back-end revenue cycle functions
Experience supporting full Epic implementations or large-scale optimizations
Strong communication skills with executive, operational, and technical audiences
Ability to travel on a project basis as required
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
