About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Epic revenue cycle implementations and optimizations across revenue cycle initiatives.
- Analyze current-state workflows and design system-enabled future-state solutions aligned to organizational goals.
- Design, test, and deploy Epic applications and reports across revenue cycle workstreams.
- Support training, go-live readiness, command center activities, and post go-live stabilization efforts.
- Collaborate with client leaders, technical teams, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver outcomes.
- Document configuration decisions, workflow designs, and testing results in accordance with project standards.
- Drive measurable revenue cycle performance improvement through Epic-enabled solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-5 years of experience
- Hands-on Epic HB configuration experience with Resolute HB and/or Revenue Guardian required
- Expertise across middle and back-end revenue cycle functions
- Experience supporting full Epic implementations or large-scale optimizations
- Strong communication skills with executive, operational, and technical audiences
- Ability to travel on a project basis as required
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
