About the role

  • Review: you will analyze long-form content (videos, transcripts, podcasts, etc.) to identify potential for viral short-form content on social platforms such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and others.
  • KPI-driven evaluation: you identify success factors using hard metrics and qualitative indicators.
  • Use and development of tools: you will use and further develop existing analysis tools and build your own analysis workflows.
  • Structure: you will largely organize your own work and know which levers to adjust to make a video go viral.
  • Strategy: you stay up-to-date with common social media trends and incorporate them into videos and overall strategy.
  • Clients: you review content for well-known brands.

Requirements

  • Exceptional ability to recognize patterns and anomalies in large datasets.
  • Affinity for internet culture, social media trends, and a willingness to experiment with content formats.
  • High endurance for repetitive but insight-rich analyses.
  • Goal-oriented: you can structure videos to achieve high user retention rates and maximize watch time.
