About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee JWICS operations for all Wing and subordinate unit SCIFs
- Manage Site-wide JWICS Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I)
- Perform computer and server maintenance for JWICS
- Ensure timely completion of security patching
- Liaise with users to resolve network issues
- Conduct investigative administration for malware and unauthorized software
- Respond to critical incidents within designated timeframes
- Assist in the creation of SSO documents and reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current TS/SCI security clearance
- 10+ years of related experience
- IAT Level 2 certification
- Security + certification
- Familiarity with IT security principles
- Proficient with Active Directory tools
- Experience with imaging computers and upgrading operating systems
- Familiar with scanning tools for device security
- Knowledge of trouble ticketing tools like Remedy
- Ability to remotely diagnose and maintain systems
