About the role
- Diagnosis of cultural and organizational challenges through interviews, data analysis, and direct observation.
- Design of targeted culture and organizational development interventions linked to business and performance objectives.
- Hands-on implementation and sustainable embedding of initiatives in leadership and team routines.
- Facilitation of workshops, leadership sessions, and team interventions with a focus on concrete behavioral change.
- Close collaboration with leaders to strengthen accountability, decision-making quality, and performance-oriented leadership.
- Definition of success metrics, tracking of impact, and continuous adjustment of initiatives based on results and feedback.
Requirements
- University degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, Human Resources, or a comparable field.
- Practical experience in implementing culture, organizational development, or transformation initiatives within organizations.
- Proven ability to take ownership of topics from problem definition through execution.
- Strong analytical and implementation skills with a clear bias for action.
- Credibility and confidence in working with leaders, combined with the ability to challenge constructively.
- Excellent German and English communication skills and the ability to influence without formal authority.
