About the role

  • Diagnosis of cultural and organizational challenges through interviews, data analysis, and direct observation.
  • Design of targeted culture and organizational development interventions linked to business and performance objectives.
  • Hands-on implementation and sustainable embedding of initiatives in leadership and team routines.
  • Facilitation of workshops, leadership sessions, and team interventions with a focus on concrete behavioral change.

Requirements

  • University degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, Human Resources, or a comparable field.
  • Practical experience in implementing culture, organizational development, or transformation initiatives within organizations.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of topics from problem definition through execution.
  • Strong analytical and implementation skills with a clear bias for action.
  • Credibility and confidence in working with leaders, combined with the ability to challenge constructively.
  • Excellent German and English communication skills and the ability to influence without formal authority.
