About the role
- Lead responsibility for the preparation and management of budget planning, forecasts, and strategic financial planning.
- Close collaboration with business units to obtain and validate key planning data.
- Independently analyze and prepare financial reports and produce regular management reporting.
- Conduct thorough variance analyses, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Support the team lead on strategic finance projects and take responsibility for subproject management.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally with responsibility for sub-processes.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to independently manage areas of responsibility.
- Business-fluent German and English.
