About the role
- Develop, implement and maintain security concepts for OT environments (Industrial Control Systems, SCADA, PLCs).
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and legal requirements (e.g., the Cyber Resilience Act, EU Data Act, IEC 62443, the Machinery Regulation and NIS 2).
- Conduct risk analyses and threat assessments for OT systems and advise on the selection and integration of secure components and architectures.
- Draft security policies, provide OT-security training for employees and work closely with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in OT security, industrial cybersecurity or related fields.
- Solid knowledge of the following standards and regulations: IEC 62443 (esp. 3-3 and 4-2), Cyber Resilience Act, EU Data Act, Machinery Regulation and NIS 2.
- Experience with risk and vulnerability analyses in OT environments.
- Knowledge of network architectures, firewalls and IDS/IPS for industrial systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
