About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle internal support tickets for creation requests
  • Review and implement legal documents/templates in the Performa Docs system
  • Perform configuration and adjustments of automated document templates within the system
  • Liaise with legal and technology teams to gather requirements and clarify requests
  • Create and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to system use
  • Support the analysis and validation of automated documents

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in Law school, from the 6th semester onward
  • Have completed or be currently taking the Appeals course
  • Availability: morning or afternoon
  • Interest in technology applied to law (Legal Tech)
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel
