About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify improvement opportunities by aligning people strategy with the business and collaborating with teams to achieve better results.
- Conduct analytical studies using statistical data to identify trends, measure the impact of the area’s strategies in the office, and provide actionable insights to leadership to support decision-making and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure proper flow of information and communication during change management.
- Review internal HR policies to ensure they drive a culture of performance excellence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Advantage: MBA, postgraduate degree, or specialization in Human Resources, People Management, or Organizational Psychology.
- Intermediate to advanced Office skills (especially Excel).
- Availability to work in a hybrid model.
